Returns & Exchanges

Pennington & Bailes will gladly accept exchanges or returns on items purchased directly from www.penningtonandbailes.com within 30 days of purchase and receipt provided the item is unused, unaltered, and if the item is not part of a closeout sale. If you purchased your item at one our retail partner stores please refer to their return policy for guidance. You can reach our customer service agents (Mon-Fri, 9:00-5:00 PM EST) 1-800-960-2564

Exchanges and returns are processed as quickly as possible.  Please be patient as during peak months our sales volume exponentially increases causing a backlog in order fulfillment, exchange and return processing.

More specific information on Pennington & Bailes return policies are outlined below.

Exchanges: We will accept any unused Pennington & Bailes product purchased directly from www.penningtonandbailes.com for an exchange within 30 days of purchase and receipt provided the item is unused and unaltered. The exchange process is as follows:

  1. When making an exchange of goods, please be sure to check on the availability of the desired product by calling customer service 1-800-960-2564 (Mon-Fri, 9:00-5:00 PM EST) or emailing customerservice@penningtonandbailes.com. Although it is our goal to have every product in stock at all times, occasionally backorders do occur.
  2. If we have the item in stock, ask for a return authorization form. This form will include any exchange information that our warehouse will need to return ship exchanged product. We will email you the form to include when you mail your product back to Pennington & Bailes. At that time, you will also be asked for a credit card number to cover the cost of shipping and or any difference in the value of the exchange.
  3. Prepare your package for return shipping. Be sure to include a copy of the return authorization form and the original invoice or packing sheet. Obtain a tracking number for the shipment and e-mail to customerservice@penningtonandbailes.com.
  4. Once your exchange is received in our warehouse, your exchange will be processed and the new item shipped.

Returns: Pennington & Bailes will accept the return of any unused and unaltered product provided that the product was purchased directly from Pennington & Bailes atwww.penningtonandbailes.comAll refunds will be made in the form of a check. The return process is as follows:

  1. Call our customer service department: 1-800-960-2564 (Mon – Fri 9:00 – 5:00 PM EST) or email customerservice@penningtonandbailes.com for a return authorization form. To be considered for a full refund, there must be an original Pennington & Bailes invoice number. All refunds will be made in the form of a check.
  2. Prepare your package for return shipping. Be sure to include a copy of the return authorization form and the original invoice or packing sheet. Obtain a tracking number for the shipment and e-mail to customerservice@penningtonandbailes.com
  3. Once your exchange is received in our warehouse, your refund will be processed culminating in a check mailed to your billing address.
